From little things, big things grow

Here’s one of Jack Dorsey’s golden rules for success: “If you pay attention to the small things while knowing what’s important, everything else takes care of itself.”*

How many of us let minor quarrels or “spats” slide under the carpet? How many here can think of an unresolved spat with a teammate or manager? For most, it’s a common experience.

SpatzAI captures this idea by focusing on what we often see as “small” infringements, which can determine the success or failure of a team. SpatzAI empowers teams to address these “micro-conflicts” as they happen, turning them into opportunities for growth and collaboration.

So, how does it work? Using a Verbal Caution to address untoward behavior, and reverting to the SpatzChat app to up the ante, when necessary, to an Official Caution, Objection, or Stop to resolve unfair challenges. If Still unresolved the Spats Team-assist and AI review—STAIR—platform integrates seamlessly with existing team platforms, providing a structured framework where team members can contribute their 2 cents worth, when needed. This way, SpatzAI ensures everyone’s voice is valued and helps create a fair, transparent environment.

And why me and now? Over the past 40 years—and especially the last 20—I’ve committed myself to understanding how to create productive conversations in the workplace. With support from my brother and business partner, I’m building The SpatzAI Platform based on what I believe teams need most: a structured way to handle micro-conflict that fosters innovation. My startup experience, commitment to fairness, and passion for this vision make me uniquely suited to bring SpatsAI to life.
