It is four years today since I started the Object123 blog project, a concept that eventually led to the creation of SpatzAI two years later. As I sit here, reflecting on this journey on my explanatory website SpatzAI, I am filled with anticipation for the world to embrace my simple yet innovative concept toolkit and procedure.

The inspiration behind SpatzAI came from a single, powerful word: “OBJECT.” This word symbolizes more than just disagreeing with behavior; it represents a structured approach to resolving micro-conflicts, ensuring every voice is heard, and creating an environment where bold ideas can thrive. During the early days of the Object123 blog, I realized that traditional methods of handling minor quarrels or spats often fell short, leading to unresolved tensions and stifled creativity. I wanted to change that.

SpatzAI is built on the principles of addressing slipups during disagreements and real-time micro-conflict resolution. Instead of allowing the loudest voice to dominate, SpatzAI empowers team members to raise objections respectfully and effectively. We split OBJECT into three-step or phase intervention process—1. Caution, 2. Objection, and 3. Stop—ensures that conflicts are addressed promptly and fairly starting with a mild verbal 0. Caution. This approach not only protects team members from feedback slipups but also promotes psychological safety, encouraging open communication and innovation.

Reflecting on the journey from the Object123 blog to SpatzAI, I am proud of what we’ve accomplished. We’ve developed a platform that not only resolves micro-conflicts but also collects valuable data to improve team dynamics and performance. Our mission is to create a team environment free from toxic conflict, filled with challenging yet constructive conversations.
