SpatzAI Pitch — Three Parts, One Behavioural System

SpatzAI Pitch — Three Parts, One Behavioural System

Spatz is a workplace pre-grievance platform that helps teams address and resolve micro-conflicts before they escalate into formal grievances..

The system has three connected parts:

1. Spatz Chat — Connect

Spatz Chat connects the two people involved in a behavioural issue and gives them a simple, structured way to address it directly.

The issue is raised early, with a verbal caution, while it is still small enough to resolve between the people involved.

Instead of allowing uncertainty, resentment or avoidance to build. If this issue cannot be resolve on the spot the issuer can inform the receiver that she will Spatz him later using the SpatzChat™ app to create an immediate pathway for a escalated approach to try resolve the spat.

2. Spatz Review — Review

When an issue cannot be resolved directly, Spatz Review process provides the agreed way to Resolve or Escalate the issue.

The interaction can progress proportionately through the app levels using Caution, Objection and Stop, eventually reaching a Team + AI Review when necessary.

The focus remains on observable behaviour rather than personalities, status or hierarchy.

Both parties and their interactive data can be reviewed when it gets to the Stop and Review process.

3. Spatz AI — Analyse

SpatzAI is the intelligence layer.

It analyses the behavioural data generated through SpatzChat and SpatzReview to identify patterns, measure outcomes, track recurring issues and, eventually, help predict where teams may be developing behavioural risk.

So Spatz does not begin with AI and search for a workplace problem.

It begins with a human problem, gives people a process for dealing with it, and then uses AI to learn from what happens.

SpatzChat → SpatzReview → SpatzAI

Connect → Review → Analyse

Three parts. One continuous behavioural system.

And one simple objective:

Address small behavioural problems early, before they become big organisational problems.
