Everyone Deserves an Early Warning.

Everyone Deserves an Early Warning.

Teams still seem to lack a practical and proportionate way to signal that an interaction may be drifting off course before it escalates into resentment, disengagement, formal complaints, or conflict.

This is one of the main reasons I created SpatzAI.

SpatzAI is designed as an early warning system for conflict.
Not punishment.
Not public shaming.
Not an anonymous HR ambush three weeks later.
An early warning system requiring an accountable response.

The verbal caution in SpatzAI acts like an indicator light on a dashboard, an Andon cord for quality control on an assembly line, or a referee’s whistle in soccer. It allows a team member to calmly and proportionately signal:
“I think your delivery is becoming a quality issue.”

That early warning gives the other person a chance to adjust their behavior by either:
acknowledging,
clarifying,
adjusting,
de-escalating,
or challenging the concern raised fairly, before the issue compounds and spirals out of control.

In my view, many serious workplace conflicts begin as smaller unresolved micro-conflicts that nobody felt safe, equipped, or permitted to address early enough.

SpatzAI attempts to normalise fair, real-time, proportionate early warnings before behavior become expensive, emotional, cultural, operational, or psychological issues.

Because healthy teams should not need to wait for damage before they are allowed to respond.

Everyone deserves an early warning.
