SpatzAI offers a simple, fair, and structured process to resolve micro-conflicts and ensure psychological safety. The process starts with a verbal caution to address inappropriate behavior in real-time. If the caution is ignored, the issue can be escalated through the SpatzAI purpose-built messaging app, using a three-step procedure: 1.Caution, 2.Object, and 3.Stop, and then gets posted onto the Spatz Team-Assisted Review platform—ensuring that micro-conflicts are resolved methodically, transparently and constructively. Each escalation level requires the offending party to acknowledge their behavior or offer an apology, ensuring accountability and transparency.
