Here is our latest pitch, designed to make SpatzAI child’s play to understand.
It explains why this problem deserves attention, what we are proposing, how the system works, and what we need now.
The aim is simple: make it easy for anyone to quickly grasp the idea and see how teams might start addressing small issues before they turn into bigger conflicts.
Why: Why Now and Why Me?
There seems to be a blind spot in workplace conflict. Issues such as bullying and other unreasonable behavior are often only dealt with formally once they are repeated, leaving team members to fend for themselves when faced with minor, one-off behavioral infringements.
There is also confusion in parts of the behavioral psychology literature, and in the wider conflict lexicon, where differences of opinion, disagreements, and conflict are often conflated as interchangeable states.
As an amateur, I have been working on this problem, how to address these minor breaches or micro-conflicts, for the past 15 years. With the help of current technology, I think I may have found a workable way forward.
What: What Are the Pieces?
Using our chat app, SpatzChat, together with the Spatz Team and AI Review platform, we may now have the right combination to address and resolve team micro-conflicts before they escalate into more serious and time-consuming issues.
How: How We Do It?
By creating a real-time, direct intervention that allows team members to verbally address minor issues as they happen, and by using the chat app and review platform for the more stubborn issues, we think we can prevent much of the escalation into serious conflict.
Now: We Want Your Team Now?
We are looking for small teams of two or more to download the app, try the process in practice, and tell us what happens.
