
The title of this blog post and our user manual is a summary of 6 years of research and effort so far. I guess we are eating our own cooking, as we innovate and strive to create a work environment that will build disciplined and cohesive teams. Addressing unfair play and micro-conflicts promptly and effectively, we believe, is essential to maintaining trust, respect, and efficiency within teams. This focus on creating cohesive and effective teams through real-time intervention and course-correction of behaviors deemed unfair or counterproductive can vastly improve a team’s performance, we believe.
