A Naysaying Intervention Paradox – Anything is Possible
I’m developing a radically new AI-powered toolkit that helps teams effectively tackle situations where someone tries to quash their radically new idea…so funny!
However, here’s the catch: for a naysayer – and there are many when it comes to radically new ideas, we would need to agree to the concept so that I can tell them about it without them wanting to naysay.
It’s a paradox that underscores just how much work we still need to do regarding psychological safety in the 21st century
I’m open to any suggestions on how to address this naysaying intervention paradox.
