Introducing SpatzAI—a simple, scalable chat app and platform to address and resolve minor spats in teams before they can escalate. Integrating seamlessly with Slack and MS Teams platforms, SpatzAI empowers workplace team members to self-manage and document their minor spats in real-time before they can escalate into serious psychosocial hazards.

Spatz leverages AI technology in two ways:

• Offering teams an alternative AI perspective on their micro-conflicts.
• While learning from millions of past interactions, enabling it to predict future team successes or failures.

SpatzAI includes a platform where their team and the AI can review any unresolved micro-conflicts when necessary. By promoting accountability and proactive resolution of minor spats, SpatzAI reduces the likelihood of factions forming, toxic gossip, and a breakdown in teamwork, giving you a more collaborative and psychologically safe work environment.

We are currently developing an MVP and planning a pilot with a leading Australian university, which will dovetail nicely with the new workplace psychosocial hazard regulations rolling out across Australia in 2025.
