Objecting to Objectionable Behavior in Teams

Facilitating Objecting to Objectionable Behavior

In our opinion, culture isn’t so much “how we do things around here,” but more “how we behave when we misbehave.”

We believe that addressing objectionable behavior in teams doesn’t require an overhaul of the entire organizational structure. Instead, we think it is more effective to divide organization or team into two key performances:

  1. The Production/Service Performance
  2. The Behavior Performance

By decentralizing the Behavior Performance, we think it’s possible to empower every team member to address any behavior that they find objectionable, by anyone, directly and constructively.

Our approach, facilitated by the SpatzAI 3-Step Intervention App and the Spatz Team-Assisted Review (STAR) platform, aims to make addressing objectionable behavior a collaborative and seamless part of team dynamics.
