Blind Spot – Victims of Our Own Bias

I think it is pretty simple really. Yes we all need to wake up to ourselves and our bias we have in our own favor and therefore our bias we have against others. Understanding that we all truly have a blind spot when it comes to seeing this bias depending on the level of that we all have ie. It is a bias loop that basically makes us all loopy to a lesser or greater degree and victims, as our bias hides thees biases from ourselves and gives us this blind spot. Shocking if this is true and I believe it is true, despite my bias or maybe because of it…ha!

The solution is, maybe, to acknowledge our bias to each other while giving agreeable apologies for our agreed failings, so that the receiver can accept or reject them, the apologies, depending on the recognition and inclusion of this bias in the apology….maybe.
