Nagotiating Vs Negotiating

How does one turn Nagotiating (nagging) into Negotiating (making a fair and constructive deal)?

Easy, form an agreement that 3 strikes and your out ie
we can only repeat our negotiation point 3 times before we have to revamp and change it.

Nagotiating: occurs because one or both subjects hammer home the same point over and over and over again but never change it.
Negotiating: occurs when we disagree and we continually change the offering/request until we get an agreement or end the negotiations….maybe.
