If we want people in the workplace to dare to speak up, then the manager and team members should behave well, showing, respect, empathy, curiosity, and vulnerability (and any other cliche or platitude you wish to add here).

REALISTIC SOLUTION TO ACHIEVING PSYCHOLIGICAL SAFETY:
Managers and their team should agree to be provided with an actual toolkit (SpatzAI.com) to facilitate and protect them as they object to the “objectionable” behavior that will occur, as a consequence of them speaking up. ie. little or no respect, empathy, curiosity, or vulnerability.
